We hope you love your purchase but if you don’t, we’re happy to process a new order or issue you a refund. Returns are free when you use a prepaid shipping label. You have up to 60 days from the ship date to return items by mail. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and must be in original condition. Shipping/handling costs are non-refundable. The returned merchandise will be credited to your original form of payment. Please Note: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by VIA (SKL) must accompany all returns.
